At OudLash, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products under any circumstances
• Due to the nature of fragrance products, all opened items are final sale
• Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email customerservice@oudlash.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is approved, our support team will provide return instructions and authorization.
Items must be securely packaged and include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as OudLash is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original form of payment.
A $10 restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate.
