1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Oudlash is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Oudlash is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you need assistance with this process or suspect your package is lost, please reach out to our customer service team.
6. International Shipping
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping! No matter where you are located, we can deliver Oudlash products directly to you. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or taxes upon arrival.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Oudlash is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error, please email us immediately, and we will do our best to update it before the order is processed.
